Covert Badlands 2500 Winch from remote to rocker switch?

I want to convert the Badlands 2500 Winch Motor for my motor lift from a
wireless remote to a rocker switch. I would appreciate guidance for doing
this. It seems pretty straightforward but maybe I’m overlooking something.
