I plan to join the local racing fleet at the washington sailing marina and
want to provide them with a phrf ratng.  Saling magazine give it a 258
rating in an old article.  Does anyone have any additional information? 
Does it matter what size headsail is used?  I used to use the 180 but
changed to a 130.
