Recycling a 1979 R22

I am looking at a un-recycled 1979 Rhodes. The hull and deck appear in good shape, but the interior is bad and needs work. It has roller furling, but no IMF. The keel may need work.  Wondering if I General still does recycling, what the cost/price ranges are and the turnaround time?
