Rhodes 22 Inner Mast Furling outhaul part ?

Hello List members
I am looking for an inner mast furling sail boom outhaul device depicted in the attached picture
I ordered this one from Stan about 5 years back

Anyone  have a suggestion on where I can find a replacement ?
