One of Stan's early boats needs rescue

For $100 bucks with motor and trailer.  1961 Picnic - it's a Sailboat,
Motorboat (actually had a steering wheel option), Fishing boat and
Cruiser.  I would love to get and restore, but my boat count has exceeded
my admiral's limit (don't ask, lots).
