Well we were out sailing with friends and encountered some amazing west
winds on the lake. In conjunction with lowering the Boom to get a reef the
mainsheet released and the boom swung out and snapped the outhaul car.
See pic. This happened, of course, after GB parts dept. has closed. Anybody
have an extra, know the commercial equivalent, or have suggestions about
fabrication?
