Through bolts are definitely the way to go... a lot of work but sleep better at night! About 60 bolts or so.., 1/4" by 3/4 ss at home depot, not too bad... takes a while depending on how flexible your limbs are... and while the cap is off... a good time to replace pendant and blocks... been there, done that. Scary when you find a swimming pool in your cabin... i did mine while still in the water... one at a time. One out, replace, next out replace and so on. This waybyou dont have to pull the boat unless you prefer...
