The error message regarding TinyMCE is due to a poor design decision on my part years ago that is coming back to bite us.  Fortunately, TinyMCE can pretty easily be removed from the website, so I'll be working with Mike to make that happen.

Also, this is a month-based usage issue, and so the error message should disappear on its own on June 1st, so check back then.
