Thanks Todd,  I am aware of all the CB cap bolts.  It just seemed like if the board was folded back, and I think mine rests on a roller under the trailer, it might not be able to be pulled out unless you raised the boat some off the trailer.  Sounds like it comes out easily enough.  That's great.  I'll add that to my future plans.
