The Rhodes manual (available for download on this site) includes recommendations for jib sheets.  There maybe some for mainsheet, not sure.
It sounds like you're already into making a traveler, but Dwyer Aluminum Mast Company has travelers/parts (you have to dig around the website), and you could also check with Charles Gabriel at General Boats.  New England rope makes quality line, there are others as well.
