Rudder cheek plate

Hi everyone,

I have a cracked port side rudder check plate and am wondering what is the best way to repair or replace it?  I have a 1990 Rhodes.  I am not a member of the GB parts club.  Any help would be appreciated.  Hoping to take care of this in the early off season ;)
