It has a Yacht Club and there are quite a few sailboats there. The problem is sending the boat there. I do not have a place there yet as I’m buying some land and having a house built. I did have a house there, and I just sold it.

I guess I have to do more research. If nobody buys it in the couple of months, I’ll fix it it up and see if I can send it or maybe tráiler it there myself. 

If I sell it, I know that down the road, after the house is ready, I’m going to be looking fir another sailboat.
