Hi, I'm going to install aluminum retaining bars under my cockpit seats to
secure my gas tank and containers as many Rhodies do.  My question is how to
best attach the HDPE brackets.  It seems that others have used stainless
screws into the single layer of fiberglass at each end as shown in the
following picture.  Is that the case, or was some other method of
reinforcing the attachment holes used (e.g., epoxy).
