Hi Rick,

I’m still fairly new to sailing and I’m not sure what you mean by standard
mounting. My boat came with anchor brackets with no way of securing...just a
hole on one side and a slot on the other side for the anchor shanks. 

The new brackets I ordered do have a latch which secures the shank. My setup
releases the latch and then pulls the anchor shank out to freefall.
