I'm not tech savvy. But no.
It is once you select a page from the left menu. On the page; and I will
use the Document Library page as reference, the black text at the top (in
the white background area) which says Document Library has some white text
over it, making it look as though the text is blotchy. On the Cruising page
for instance, a lower case  "p" is visible.
I tried to send a screenshot but I guess the file was too large for gmail.
