Hi Rob. Yeah, there's a wood strip on the port side and another strip on
the other side that's UHMWPE or Starboard or something. I vaguely remember
fiddling with it maybe 20 years ago and have had no issues since. What kind
of slides are you referring to? Do they somehow retrofit on the round ears
that I have, and are they still available?
