Cory - that’s a really interesting install.
Is 15 HP enough to get on a plane?
It would not work for my needs - it’s too deep.
I would need the prop to be no deeper than the bottom of the keel, and I would mount it in the middle of the cockpit floor, about a foot aft of the end of the keel, understanding that the motor head (probably electric and smaller than the Yamaha head) would require a low cover above the cockpit floor.
I would also like it to be a steerable sail drive with a remote.
Not sure that such a thing is even available.
