Ask at your marina or your local boating establishments. However, it's 
not a difficult job. Make sure you have the right snaps to match the 
enclosure and make very sure you understand how the enclosure fits and 
exactly where the snaps will go.

This is a good video but except that he recommends a silicone bedding 
compound and I've had a number of longtime boat repair people tell me 
never use silicone on a boat if there is any chance you might ever want 
to repair or paint the fiberglass in that area.
