Respite is 32'8".  Calculations as follows:

Top to Waterline

VHF Antenna:                  3' 0"
IMF Mast to Step:          26' 2"
Step to Deck:                  1' 1"
Deck to Waterline:         _2' 5"_
       Total Clearance:      32' 8"
