That’s the challenge of puddle sailors. Waves are small and the marina is almost close enough. The lee shore is always much closer. I intend to find a way for another ‘cruise’ late this summer, to supplement YouTube and the exploits of ENOSIS. I’ll settle for a few days on the Lakes enjoying Rick’s back yard. Last summer all I was able to do was drag the Bucc to an alternate reservoir for novelty, and increase my night sailing skills on the LARK. Once one memorizes all the trees on one’s lake, the dark after work seems an obvious solution.
