I went to put new line on my furler for the upcoming season.  When I took the
assembly apart I found a spacer up inside.  should this spacer have been
located where it is seen in the spacer pic.  I included a pic of how it  was
when I got the boat.  Also does anyone know who makes this and where I can
get a new white part.  Thanks for any help you can provide.
