The head sail (genoa) failed last April while on a sail. I was able to jury
rig it and get back but it turned out to be a temporary fix. A short time
later one of the stays popped several strands and is hanging on by only one
or two. I contacted Stan about the problems and he replied that they would
take care of it. I was out of town for work at the time and let him know I
would get in touch as soon as I was back. Well, I've now been trying to
contact him frequently for a few months now and am not getting any
response.

Stan I see you post on here regularly and knowing you have problems with
your email sometimes, I'm hoping you will see this and we can get the
issues resolved.

Looking forward to getting back on the water!
