Good to hear that you were able to get that replaced at the factory.  The
only option out here in the midwest was the DIY approach.  I actually bought
another one of the same winch as a backup in case I need to replace it in
the future since I know how to install it now and it works with the current
mounting plate (though there may be a standard bolt pattern for attaching
winches to the mounting plate).
