I have another suggestion: Instead of closeting your boat for the winter,
let me tow it down to the Tampa Bay area or Cape Coral, put it in a marina
and then you find a few spare moments during the winter to "snow-bird "
south and have a few blissful days in the sunshine. The Rhodes is a
surprisingly accommodating boat when it's warm outside!
