I have a Rhodes 22 sitting on a trailer in my back yard. I live about 100 miles from you in Fort Pierce. I bought a bigger boat two years ago and I haven’t used the Rhodes since then. My wife is nagging me to sell it but I've been procrastinating. My boat is an older 1978, but most of the typical issues have already been repaired such as compression post, centerboard trunk and centerboard, electrical system totally redone, all delamination issues repaired with biaxial and epoxy resin. Main sail replaced in 2016. Jib is old but serviceable. Roller furling system replaced in 2015. Engine is a 2013 9.8 tohatsu long shaft, bouth in 2014. Trailer was replaced in 2016, purchased as a refurb from general boats.
