As a newbie Rhodes owner I enjoy seeing everyone’s photos of their beloved
Rhodes. It gives me some great insight into projects for my 1983 Rhodes that
I purchased last September. However, I can’t scroll through photos endlessly
without going through each message to get to a link to a photo. Very
laborious for someone with a short attention span. If only there were a
solution...well there is, put your photos on Instagram and simply use the
#rhodes22 hashtag. Everyone’s photos will be in one place. I enjoy a good
email thread, but I think if we start posting pictures and using the
hashtag, it’ll help make non Rhodies see what they’re missing. I’m 31 and
likely skew towards the younger side of Rhodes owners, but would love to
have the ability to show others when they ask about my boat a compilation of
all of your Rhodes photos. Would love to see the Rhodes on the med photos in
my Instagram feed. As of now it’s mostly Volier Yachts photos using that
hashtag, sure some on this list would like to see that diluted. It’s 2019,
let’s help out our own cause by making these great boats more visible.
