The attached photo shows the GB engine mount on Dynamic Equilibrium.  Note the thru hull below the engine mount, which is where the port side cockpit seat drain empties out.  The photo of your boat does not have these thru hulls on the transom.  Where do your cockpit seat drains empty out?  Your easiest fix might be to drill these holes out with a hole saw, reinstall the thru hulls, and plumb them back up to the cockpit seat drains.
