IMF Fuling piece replacement

Hi Rhodies, I'm trying to replace my conventional mast with an IMF mast that I picked up. The bushings that are in either end of the furling tube need to be replaced and I'm wondering[image: Rhodes 22-8.jpg] [image: Rhodes 22-5.jpg]
if anyone has suggestions on how to do that? Any suggestions would be appreciated! I've attached some photos.
