It's not clear to me what interior components you're considering making from Starboard, but I will offer two cautions:

1) Most adhesives will not stick to it well, and even ones that will work require a special process.  Details can be found here: https://www.kingplastic.com/using-adhesive-with-king-starboard-2

2) The textured surface is difficult to impossible to keep clean.
